Shkruajme ne cel. *#7073# dhe me pas na del nje tabele qe thote "Restore all original..." . I japim Yes dhe cel. do fiket dhe do ndizet vete. Kur te ndizet cdo gje eshte kthyer si ne fillim

E fikim celularin dhe mbajme te shtypu keto butona:
* + butoni i thirjes + 3 dhe e ndezim celularin duke i mbajtur butonat e shtypur.
Do dali fjala "Formating.."
Presim derisa te mbushet dhe kur celulari te ndizet ai eshte i formatuar
